We offer a number of order delivery options. We can deliver documents via: Express Mail, UPS, Fedex, Fax, Email, Customer Portal (see below), and Data Entry. We're also able to deliver your documents in any format that works best for you (TIF or PDF).
Customer Portal
Our Customer Portal gives you the ability to retrieve your documents 24/7! When your order is complete, we will send you an email with a link that directs you to your order in your secure personal portal for download. Lost a past order? No problem! Simply log into your portal and redownload any order for up to 1-year.
Rush Jobs
We make every effort to accommodate our clients. We evaluate rush jobs on an individual basis to give you an accurate time frame for completion. Since a rush job request usually means that someone is in a bind, we do not charge extra for this service, and are happy to go the extra mile.
Errors & Omissions Insurance
We carry $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions Insurance. This provides us with full coverage for court cost and any settlements that may occur in the event a claim is made.
